<b> [ The Lost Keys to the Sun Temple ] Once upon a time! There was a fantastic temple! An amazing temple! So high in the mountains, and so tall like a tower, that the top disappear into the sky! The temple was known as the "Sun Temple" because its height was so overwhelming, and its twisted design gave it the name, "Stairway to the Sun." Nobody know what the temple for! People used to go there, but now only a lonely priest sits outside as if he were guarding it! <b> Rumors of all sorts began to form about the temple... <b> -------------------------------------------------------- <b> "The secret of eternal youth inside, I hear!" Say one. <b> "The weapon of ultimate power is protect there!" Say another! <b> "Nono! It is the key to absolute wealth!" The rumors spread like wildfire! <b> -------------------------------------------------------- Everybody go there to ask the priest, "What's inside? Is it... The secret of eternal youth? The weapon of ultimate power? Key to absolute wealth? What is it?!" The simple old priest just scratch his head and say, "Sure, ok." Ever since then EVERYBODY trying to get inside the temple! But everybody fail! It only attract more people! First a beautiful lady come! She carrying a strong fancy looking staff, she fit the description of a magician! "Excuse me, dear. Is this the Sun temple?" She say with a big fake smile. "Aye, it is." Say the priest eating his lunch. "I want the secret to eternal youth!" "If you can open the door, you may seek what it is you will within." The old priest reply all the same! She huff! She puffed! She tried to BLOW THE DOOR DOWN (with magic spells). But the door not budge one bit! No matter how hard the lady try, it not open! She become less and less beautiful as she become more and more angry. "Well! Take this!" The magician used her most powerful spell! <b> BOOM! A big explosion that threw her off the side of the mountain where the temple stood! The door still not open and not even scratched! The priest sighed. The next day... "Let me pass, priest!" A large warrior come! His body covered in muscles and animal hide, he carry large sword on his back almost as big as him! The warrior looked ridiculously strong, and a little ridiculous! "I come to seek ultimate power." He roared! "If you can open the door, you may seek what it is you will within." The priest answered calmly, he not even bothering to look up from the book he was reading, just waving his hand at the warrior. "And I WILL open it!" The warrior say with much pride! He spit in his hands and rub together, taking a deeeep breath! He try to first pull on the door! It not work and he get cramp! Next he try to pound on the door! It not work either, he get tomato fists in color and swelling! Finally he take many step back! "CHAAAAAAARGE!" Say the warrior as he stampede at the door with power of 1,000 bulls! <b> CRACK! "Huh? What? Who am I?" Warrior charged the door so hard with his head (not very smart) that he lost his memory! The priest sighed and bandage his head, then had him send away. The next, next day... More and more people try, and finally all give up by sunset. A little girl come to the priest, "How come you never go in, sir? You are priest of this temple? "I accidentally locked the keys inside years ago, I've been trying to get somebody to open the door for me, but nobody can." He rub his beard with sigh. It turn out rumor was started by priest all along to get the door open again! Kuururu | |
